If you dont already know the basics of how to create & kern text, please check out those tutorials first.ok, so once you have your text typed out on your document, you're going to go to "Type" at the top of photoshop, & then "warp text" - see below
Now a box like this should pop up, from the drop down menu, you can choose which ever style you like, but obviously for WAVY text you'll be choosing wave. see below
& then you can adjust your settings to whatever you feel looks the best! you'll be able to see your text changing as you adjust it. here are my own settings below if you just want to follow that!
