Creating text<3

THESE ARE THE STEPS YOU TAKE BEFORE YOU DECORATE AND DESIGN YOUR TEXT!
open photoshop, go to file > new (like below)

Now make sure THESE below are your settings, THE ONLY thing that doesnt have to be the same is your sizing, your sizing will depend on what/who you're making a design for, if you dont already know, you can google how big designs should be for Adult/kid tshirts, or even a mug! again your sizing is up to you and depends on what youre making.. but do make sure the rest below matches..

Now click Create, & now you've opened a new document in photoshop like this... the checkered pattern means its TRANSPARENT, and thats what you want for tshirt designs etc.
Now find the Text tool, it looks like this

check this box for your desired font you want to use (visit dafonts.com for fonts & this tutorial on how to install!) or you can use a font you already have! here is the box you want to check for font style -

Now you need to check the bars right beside that for your sizing, and change it to whatever you want. if youre not sure, just choose any number, type it out and then high light it (like youre gonna copy it) and THEN change the sizing numbers to whatever you want! also, MAKE SURE that the next box says SHARP or smooth, but NEVER "NONE", it'll cause jagged text
